It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of Barrie Janes, husband of Jan Janes (Asst. Sec. of the WSSCSW).

Barrie passed away suddenly on the morning of Sunday 29th December 2019, he had been a staunch member of the club since its inception, his support and help at every club event was invaluable.

Barrie and Jan are very well known and respected throughout the Welsh Springer community with the Coedybrain kennel affix and they have enjoyed many successes over the years.

Barrie will be greatly missed and we sincerely offer our condolences to Jan and family.

Barrie's funeral will be held on:

Tuesday 28th January 11.30 am

at Caersalem Chapel, (Aberbargoed Hill) CF81 9AZ

Then at Llwydcoed Crematorium CF44 ODJ

Afterwards at the George Inn, Brithdir NP24 6JS

Family flowers only please.

Donations will be collected on the day of the funeral and at our Open Show on 9th February.

The family has decided to divide all donations between Barrie's favourite charities, The Dogs Trust and The Pat Rescue Retreat.
