Balanced, with excellent head and strong neck into a well laid shoulder, well sprung ribs and depth of brisket. Strong through loin, hocks well let down and correct angles throughout. Moved out well with a powerful ground covering action using his hocks to advantage and showing plenty of drive. A worthy Champion who pushed hard for top honours. Pleased to award him BVIS.

2nd - Stone’s Stedigans Piper Piping for Merem ShCM RL1. Another quality veteran, very close up to 1, loved him for type and overall outline, best of heads and front assembly showing strength through neck and shoulder, strong through loin with excellent width of second thigh demonstrated on the move. Correct angles throughout, just preferred ribbing of 1. Moved out well with drive on the best of feet.
